Coco Matcha

Ingredients:

  • 1 teaspoon of ceremonial grade Shōga Neko Matcha
  • 2 oz warm water (160*F)
  • 6 oz coconut water
  • ice

Instructions:

  1. Sift 1 tsp of Shōga Neko Matcha into your chawan (matcha bowl)
  2. Add 2oz of warm water (160*F)
  3. Whisk with your chasen (bamboo whisk) using zig-zag movements until mixture is smooth and frothy
  4. To a glass, add the 6 oz of coconut water, ice and the matcha
  5. Pause and indulge :)
