Cozy Matcha Latte
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of ceremonial grade Shōga Neko Matcha
- 2 oz warm water (160*F)
- 6 oz of plant based milk of your choice
- honey, vanilla and cinnamon to taste
Instructions:
- Sift 1 tsp of Shōga Neko Matcha into your chawan (matcha bowl)
- Add 2oz of warm water (160*F)
- Whisk with your chasen (bamboo whisk) using zig-zag movements until mixture is smooth and frothy
- Heat and froth your milk mixing in the honey, vanilla and cinnamon until creamy and all the ingredients are incorporated
- To a cup, add the 6 oz of hot milk and the matcha
- Sprinkle a little matcha or cinnamon over the drink to decorate
