All orders are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted on products once purchased. Please be sure to carefully review your order before confirming your purchase.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your package. It is the customer's responsibility to keep track of the package's location using the tracking number provided.

If the package is lost or delayed during the USPS shipping process, the customer will be responsible for filing a claim directly with the postal service. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages once the package has been handed over to the postal service, as shipping is beyond our control.

We recommend checking the status of your shipment regularly and, in case of problems, contacting USPS as soon as possible.
