
Ginger Beer Matcha
Ingredients:
• 1 teaspoon/2 g of Shōga Neko Matcha
• 2 oz of warm water (160*F)
• 6 oz of 0% ginger beer
• ice
Instructions:
1. With your Shōga Neko Sifter + Shōga Neko Teaspoon , sift 1 tsp/2 G of Shōga Neko Matcha in your chawan (matcha bowl)
2. Add 2oz of warm water (160*F)
3. Whisk with your Shōga Neko Chasen using zig-zag movements until until mixture is smooth and frothy
4. To a glass, add ice, the 6 oz of ginger beer and the Shōga Neko Matcha
5. Pause and indulge :)
